Wow, that's quite a statement considering how much praise the rulebook gets. There are only a couple grey areas, which is amazing. Gotta disagree on this one!


thats why i said top 10 games, not some random games. and please answer the thread i posted? i had never seen such lots of grey area, fanbois call it few?, in such high rankings.


Maybe what you can do Kelvin is give concrete examples of the top 10 games you mentioned and we can compare the rulebooks.

I own Agricola (BGG#2), and I can definitely say that Eclipse has a better rulebook. I also have Puerto Rico (BGG#3) and I can say Eclipse's rulebook is at least on par with PR's rulebook as well. I also have the Twilight Struggle rules on PDF and it is written in the "traditional" wargames style, while Eclipse's is much more streamlined and has more examples.

Just an advice in order to make things less vague and "cryptic".
