I haven't yet played enough to really register an opinion, but I have already run into games where I couldn't play handhelds because I didn't have enough crew, so the deck building strategy definitely requires more though. Also, there aren't any cards that directly give you a trashing mechanism, so thinning your deck requires some work. Again, its a step up in the strategy department. As a hard core gamer, I think I will eventually like these changes, but for more main stream audiences that don't deck build as often, they might find it more difficult to create powerful builds needed to complete those missions with 6+ stats...
To clarify, my sets are indeed un-sleeved.
