I strongly disagree. It's a great tactical "combat" game essentially, and is just as much fun as Heroscape, and the like. There is also a fun push-your-luck element when you are forced to resort to a passing play or an all-out sprint for the endzone.

Yes, the campaign aspect is great, but individual matches are still the heart of the game.

Starting teams are very weak (low rerolls and few skills) (against the AI on the computer version the only games I have lost are before I have leveled up a single player, although it has created a few ties).


Oh, well that explains your answer. :laugh:

Playing against the AI in the computer version is about as much fun (and as much challenge) as playing against a 5-year-old.
