Here's my thought:
Lurk: If atop a search token, when a hero searches, the hero must test (awareness). If the hero fails, the monster may take one immediate action and the hero’s search is thwarted.
(Surge) Sticky Fingers: Select one item the target has equipped at random and turn its card over. It may not be used or traded until the end of the Overlord's next turn.
And then maybe one of these:
(Surge) Adhesive Slam – Make an immediate second attack on this hero.
Detritus: The hero that defeats this monster and tests [Awareness] successfully can draw one Search card.
