They are not, Pixel Tactics 5 is package deal for couple of sets originally planned as Seven Sisters / Price of Victory style mini-expansions that I think were advertised as add-ons / stretch goals in the KS for Deluxe. But they are not the Holiday/Mythology/History packs.
That would be incorrect. PT5 is a combination of 3 mini-expansions that were planned but ultimately not released and instead put together to create PT5.
The Seven Sisters, Price of Victory, and Argent University mini-expansions were all released individually.
