That's probably what we'll end up doing. HOWEVER, perhaps you'll also see some SGs that are in line and resolve some of this too.....but even with them, the die cut pack will be needed for SOME folks...
Difficult to say - lots of people certainly want them, and if you justify the $10->$15 up front (still pretty good value), I think it would be ok.
