Hi guys, yes the Summoner Wars stuff came in with the Mice and Mystics stuff. Here is the break down.
I got an email from the shipper that it would be arriving in Georgia on October 3rd. Georgia is where my warehouse is. I though great, and told everyone October 3rd. Nope! It arrived at port in Georgia not my warehouse. I talked to the shipper they said they'd have it to me by Monday. So I tell everyone Monday. Nope! Customs held it for an X-ray exam... I didn't actually get the games until this past Monday. I told my fulfillment agency to ship the games out in the order the 1,800 plus line excel file I sent them was in (dating from earliest order until most recent). So I started telling people they'd be shipping out all this week. Nope! The fulfillment agency went on to ignore my request and box up and label all of the orders of 1x copy of mice and mystics to palatalize and send out via UPS all at once on this coming Monday, the 22nd. Then throughout next week they are supposed to be boxing up all customs orders (all orders that weren't 1x Mice and mystics).
I've continued to give the best information I have to give. I'm sorry that this is upsetting for you guys that you don't have your games. If I could physically do something about it, believe me I would. Unfortunately I can do nothing but pace and send emails and answer emails as people ask for updates.
Why am I hesitant to get on here and on plaidhatgames.com etc with more updates than I have? (Me not doing this seems to upset people). Because, as proved above, every time I give an update something ELSE seems to make me out as incompetent or a liar. So no official update on PHG.com in awhile is because I'm waiting to hear that they have actually left the warehouse and are on their way to customers before I make another 'official' announcement.

So long as you don't decide to pull a Glory to Rome BB move and decide that visiting every continent in the world would add premium value onto the game I think you'll be alright.
Anyone who gets pissy at things you literally have no control over is an ass. Pure and simple. There are certain portions of the production pipeline that anyone who has watched game production understands is in the hands of fates, and no amount of stomach muscle wrenching will accelerate that.
