Here's the rule in English:When a map tile with an “unnamed” building is
played, it comes into play with a number of zombies on it based on the number of road access points it has. That is, the number of zombies is equal to the number of points the road leaves the card. These zombies may be placed on any legal road space of that tile.
So, if a card with an "L" shaped road is played, it has 2 exits (or access) points. Two zombies are placed in any 2 road squares. A straight road card is the same, 2 access points, 2 zombies. A card with a "+" shaped road would get 4 zombies (4 exits) placed in any 4 squares.
