I'm sure they will get through all the SF 2 characters, as Joe and Jasco have to be aware of this as well. People will drop out if they don't get them. But if they have faith in their product, put the characters all out there quickly so people can see how much they'll get for $140, then I think they'll be fine.
I do like the idea some KS campaigns are moving to, where they just reveal stretch goals at regular intervals during the campaign, not based on money.
