Lucky for you I had a day off and was bored...Here's a photo comparing the original marine (right) to the Mantic figure (middle) and the Reaper figure (left).
The Mantic dude is closest in scale match, but the Reaper mini isn't too far out of whack either. My apologies for not having a GW scout figure on hand, but I'm not going to outlay AU$41 just for your information! ;)
