The base game doesn't really have much variety. You get one 4th circle demon and one lord. The stretch goal box does a decent job filling those roles out a little more (especially after Cthulhu and Spider Mastermind were added), but even with that I think you are going to find yourself limited with only 5 4th circle demons and 5 lords. This is especially true for the extra map you will get that has you fighting five different lords in the same game.Compare that to the all-in which more than triples the number of 4th circle demons and lords you get, adds several new maps, more characters, and several upgraded components (relic pack and demon gate). If you can afford it, and you think you will be into the game, the all-in is the way better deal.
Most KSs have a stupid good deal for the base pledge and try to up-sell you on overpriced expansions and add-ons that are more profitable to complete the game. I think it might be the opposite here. The base game is not a bad deal, but it is the all-in that really pulled people in.
