It would surprise me greatly if the Battlefields KS does not offer reprints of the older maps. (If they don't, i will facepalm mightily.)
i have an extra set of the ODE GEV maps i could sell, but shipping from Germany to the US (i presume you're in the US) would be high (about $45, if i'm not mistaken).
