Well the human players are limited by the number of MPs and their current location (as well as paths, number of cops on each tile, etc.) so it is not random: I find the most interesting part of the game to be thinking of the paths each player will take to try and work with that. The AIs just teleport from one location to another, and that's what I was referring to as semi-random: you just have no way to predict where they could end up except that they won't revisit a place they have been at already.↧
