So that's the thing. Minor stamina potion is NOT just a beginner's item. It is a potion that, as written currently, stays useful throughout the game, and if you're trying to play optimally would remain an automatic buy for all characters, all classes, all levels.
If changing *one* item to be weaker would make "gloomhaven" as a whole significantly harder, that is 100% a sign that item is overpowered and needs a nerf!
