I don't think this ability made it into the release (along with "Cure"). My copy appears to be complete but doesn't have either one of those.
It is in the release. I think you need to re-check your ability cards (since this is the 2nd thread I've since you mention not having certain abilities).
Also, in that previous thread, I quoted 27 Abilities, but there appears to be 28. I was basing the # off of the list on the BGG page (which I just edited).
