Check the Play Options document (link below) from the Spirit Island - Jagged Earth Kickstarter. I am particularly fond of the non-standard island layouts, and adding an extra island (that is not populated before startup)A friend of mine who has played far more than me, likes combining adversaries as detailed in the document
