Thankfully we were all endowed with a healthy creativity, there is no reason why we should wait for the developers to fix something we relate to as not the most fun possible. The developers of this game have left us with a few well-designed missions, not perfect, but well designed. They also left us with the tools for a superior sandbox-mode. You can change everything up just as you would see fit.

I really don't understand this kind of post I'm kind of new in the board game world and i can't imagine this to happen in other field. Should we paid a game 90€ and having to fix / balance it our self or hoping someone (because we don't have the skill and time as we are not designer) from somewhere will do for free the job that wasn't done by the designer and considering this is normal?
This is a real question,as new in this fied I'm trying to understand what are the norm in it. The gamer should they have to be happy when they get a "sand box" that can be modify but inbalance and less happy when they got a perfect game that is hard to modify (but it don't need it)?

"Balance" is a very subjective term and concept. What is not considered balanced to you is considered balanced to someone else. The concept of a balanced game is an abused concept here at BGG. Everyone thinks games should be perfectly balanced and yet no one can agree on what perfectly balanced even is. (Hint: it doesn't mean a 50% win ratio for each side.)
