I always though that heroes were given hearts equal to their stamina, and the same with fatigue.The rules seem to be saying that the heroes have none of these, and are dealt hearts and....sweat(?) as they are hit or spent.
I suppose this would be an easy house rule if one way is preferred over the other...but how are you all doing it?
