I think it depends on whether or not 2nd edition shows up in OGS. Kolossal does not allow distribution to OGS, but since they aren't the actual publisher here that may not apply. If willing to watch and wait there's a chance it will be cheaper at some point via retail, but that doesn't seem necessarily guaranteed here.
