My gut reaction is that there is really nothing similar. But to be more helpful, maybe break down which aspects you want to focus on.The campaign, with character progression?
Abstracted "map" with a few locations?
Core game play (flip a card and deal with it)?
Single roll combat, playing cards before (and occasionally after)?
Deck-is-life?
