As promised, I did remake everything a bit more neatly with some design changes (and not using yellow glue on white foamcore). It turns out it's a pain to get black foamcore in mm thicknesses in the US.The main box is very similar to how it was before except that, as I mentioned in a post, I didn't put a bottom on the card tray this time which bought some extra room which helps the box close all the way (there's no lift with 4 boards though I'm sure there will be a little with 6. I don't have the manuals in there which would add a little as well). To keep the tray stable without a bottom I also switched from using split dividers to using full dividers with a triangle cut out of them (so that you can remove the cards easily).
The token box got updated a bit to fit the different components better (as it was in the updated 3d file). I ended up additionally splitting the energy tokens into their own little tray.
The glue I used this time took a bit longer to dry so I used half-inch sequin pins to hold stuff together while it dried (I left most of them in there) as well as some small plastic bar clamps from x-acto (the internet suggests that these are no longer made but they look a lot like these).
