Just to check, you banish the Potion of Healing to heal yourself and use the Canteen's power to instead put the Potion of Healing on the Canteen.
You then bury the Canteen to bury all the cards on it, and because you have the Craft skill you instead draw all the cards on the Canteen, returning the Potion of Healing to your hand.
The Canteen is still buried though. So if you use the Potion of Healing again it will now be banished. So it is a one time per scenario heal (or twice if you banish the Potion of Healing). Not overpowered at all.
