Since you make a distinction between the Skill rolls and the the "To hit" rolls, would you say that rolling a 01-05 when attacking would trigger bloodlust but wouldn't trigger perfect roll and hence will not give you the chance to recover energy or get an extra point to CS/RS?
If so, would that mean that the only way to trigger a perfect roll with CS is when parrying and there's no way to make a perfect roll with RS?
You get both, Perfect Result triggers for any stat/skill. Bloodlust or Perfect Cast comes in addition.
Page 19: "Whenever you roll 01-05 on any check, you have made a perfect roll."
