All US bound copies will have the fix sheet either inserted into the box at the factory, or attached to it by the retailer.
All European bound copies left the factory before the error was found. Therefore the fix sheets for europe will be flown in, and each retailer will get one sheet for every copy of the Rise of the Ancients they get.
Customers who already have the copy (from Essen), will get their sheet other way. How exactly is still undetermined, but as stated in the original post of this thread, the address collection is underway.
