Thread: Axis & Allies Pacific 1940:: Rules:: New setup?

Having just downloaded the 2nd version of AAP and are about to start playing with the new rules. Found out that I needed to know if there is a difference from the first version on the set up for the Pacific part alone, not the Global game.

Are there any other changes on the 2nd version, i.e. on the board for IPC counting, etc
that I need to know?
