I have read many comments regarding shipping. I know you’re anxious for info and more specifically for your packages. I wish I had a specific update for each of you, but I don’t. I have gotten some specifics from the team, however. Here’s what I know at the moment.
Our tireless support manager, Romain, has contacted Philibert, and the previous update still stands - no real change there in terms of when dispatch is due to start up again with new product – we have asked for status on whether all (first release) all ins have been despatched, and how prioritization of the remaining multiple all ins and core + addons will be handled. We are waiting to hear back from Philibert on this soon.
For our backers in Brazil and Asia, we have reached out to VFI for more info, but we do know shipping there has begun.
As for Shipnaked and our American backers. We know they will receive another ship tomorrow and it is expected things will continue to roll out from them without pause. The rumors that shipping would wait until June seem to be just that: rumors or miscommunications. We are also reaching out to them for a more definitive word.
I know it doesn’t cover everything, but it’s what info I have at this time. I will absolutely share more with you when I have it. We would like to thank you all for your patience. I don’t begrudge anyone for having questions or wishing to know more and am doing my best to answer with only the hard information. This is MASSIVE project and the fulfillment takes time. Despite what some affectionate backers have suggested, I am NOT riding on a magical elephant and personally delivering these parcels. Man, I wish! Finally, at this point, know that we will take care of you, it’s just going to take a little more time. I will pop back as I know more. Thanks, all!
